Let the poor groundhog sleep.
While we wait we do what we can to make the days interesting. Playing with buttons for example. My mom was a collector and button club member in the 60's. Now I am a collector and button club member. I have been sorting and carding buttons that I removed from smelly, moldy, cards that had been stored in a basement. Rusty pipe cleaner pieces used to hold buttons to cards have been replaced with plastic-coated telephone wire.
Yesterday I carded wood buttons. The green button on the bottom is made of cactus.
