Olive oil.
In particular Castelas olive oil grown in the shadow of Les Baux de Provence.
Drizzle it on soups, salads, and bread. Make a beautiful vinaigrette. What more does a person need?
It is available to us without having to buy a plane ticket or suffer jet-lag,
But of course it is more fun to go get it yourself.
