Jinx


It's all our fault.


We really thought it was safe to put away the Sorels and Smartwool, 
and hang a festive spring arrangement on the porch.


Wrong, wrong, wrong. 
As predicted, May snow records were shattered by this freak storm 
named Achilles by the Weather Channel. 

We're calling it something else.

    It is not your fault NDL. We all fell for the sneaky 81 degree weather on Tuesday. Lulled into a false sense of security by the daffodils and crocus.

    If NDL wants to take the blame, then it's all right with me. But I think I share some of it by rushing to buy pretty geraniums @ Klinger's before they were all gone (and at full price, too!). And I spread some new grass seed, hoping to take advantage of the warmth and coming rain. I certainly didn't heed the snow warnings.
