It's an oasthouse of course. This one is on the grounds at Sissinghurst Castle.
Oasthouses are a lovely visual reminder of the history and culture of hop growing and harvesting in Kent and other counties in England.
Now that the oast houses of Kent are out of service what are they used for? Holiday cottages and tony housing it seems.
