White Glove Love

When you marry a fastidious homemaker you shouldn't be surprised when scouring and scrubbing get in the way of love.

It is hard to ease up on our stringent standards, but maybe just for today we'll let the cobwebs and dust bunnies hang around while we focus on domestic arts in matters of the heart.

Happy Valentine's Day!

P.S. "ineso" - as in "To My Valentine: I love you more than coffee. Ineso"

And had this ever really been a problem for us?

Well, there was that one time I thought about staying home to clean instead of (fill in the blank).... But it is only not a problem for us because of our innate knowledge of what is important in life. You know - coffee before cleaning closets, movies before mopping, dining out before dusting, shopping before scrubbing - you get the picture. We've got our priorities totally straight.
