You're right about the brilliant colorful decorations, flowers, and treats that are so abundant this time of the year. You can tell we're ready for a change from the dirty and drab winter that is finally behind us! Very cheerful Laura!
Somehow I'm coming to grips, yet again, with how the Swedes decorate for Easter - colored feathers glued to newly-sprouted spring twigs )looks nice in a bunch in a vase, though not as nice as tulips), and witches flying on brooms, hanging from anything from a doorway to a window. Harkens back to the pagen times, I guess. But it's always fun to see how another culture operates.
