Must reinstate the Dollar rule for these target finds. Please be impulsive on my behalf any time. These are adorable!
And wouldn't these work well for, say, a rehearsal dinner? Joyful...and frankly, unexpected!
Cute! Looking forward to some American shopping next week. Not sure if there is a Target in the vicinity of where we're staying...
